Bob Stark, agricultural economics professor emeritus with the University of Arkansas’ School of Agriculture and Southeast Research & Extension Center, Monticello, and Jeremy Ross, professor and Extension soybean agronomist, Little Rock, review the trading week in Arkansas ending July 16, 2021.

The 2020 crop soybean market price posted a strong weekend gain and continued to trend sharply upward for most days of the past week.

All prices were compiled from the Arkansas Daily Grain Report by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Agricultural Marketing Service.
